Contact prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their document-intensive processes, business challenges, and digital transformation objectives.
Generate new business opportunities and identify key stakeholders within target accounts.
Support Field Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle and contribute to the development of the Italian market.
Execute outbound prospecting and telemarketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Manage maintenance renewal activities for existing customers and contribute to customer retention efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce CRM, including prospect interactions, opportunities, account information, and sales activities.
Analyze sales opportunities and share insights on successes and losses to continuously improve business performance.
Work closely with Customer Experience, Marketing,



Professional Services, Sales Administration, and Partner teams to ensure a positive customer journey.
Share market feedback and recommendations with internal stakeholders to support business growth and improve commercial effectiveness.
Report regularly on activities, pipeline development, and results.
