We are looking for a Controller to lead and oversee the financial controlling activities across all entities within our Group.
You will play a critical role in providing accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, and enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
You will collaborate with key business stakeholders, to support the company's strategic and operational objectives.
/p h3How you will contribute /h3 ul liLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
/li liEnsure timely and accurate group-level financial and group-wide reporting.
/li liCoordinate and consolidate annual budgets and periodic forecasts across business units.
/li liAnalyze financial performance and key variances; deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
/li liPartner with the CFO and other executives to support long-term planning and strategic decision-making.




/li liEnsure robust internal controls, financial processes, and KPIs are in place across the Group, integrating and harmonizing information flow within newly acquired subsidiaries.
/li liSupport audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
/li liLead or contribute to cross-functional projects such as ERP upgrades, automation, and performance improvement initiatives.
/li /ul h3How you will succeed /h3 ul li7-10 years of experience in controlling or FPA, ideally in international or multi-entity environments.
Previous consulting experience followed by senior roles in high-growth or investor-backed companies is a strong plus.
/li liStrong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and/or local GAAP).
/li liProven experience in group consolidation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
/li liComfortable navigating matrix organizations and cross-border collaboration.
/li liAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI).
/li liStrong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
/li liDegree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
/li liFluent Italian and English.
/li liExperience with capital markets, investor relations, or MA is a strong plus.
