ensuring alignment with global frameworks while adapting to regional regulatory requirementsDrive compliance by establishing and maintaining effective inspection, audit, and monitoring programmes across offices, retail, and distribution environmentsMonitor, interpret, and implement health & safety legislation across EMEA markets, ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are in placeManage incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions across the region, identifying trends and ensuring lessons learned are sharedProduce regular H&S; performance reports for regional leadership, tracking KPIs, risks, and improvement actionsPartner with HR and business leaders on health, safety, and wellbeing matters, including individual risk assessments where requiredSupport insurance and claims processes across EMEA, including coordination with loss adjusters and ensuring appropriate documentation and case managementCollaborate with Store Development, Construction, and Facilities teams to ensure safety and regulatory compliance in new s
