- Non siamo solo un posto dove dormire, ma una community dove viaggiatori e locali si incontrano grazie a eventi, musica, party, laboratori e attività condivise. Coordinare e pianificare eventi e attività settimanali per YellowSquare Milano
- Ideare nuove attività creative, sociali e culturali per ospiti internazionali
- Gestire la promozione degli eventi sui canali social
- Proporre e organizzare serate con band, DJ, stand-up comedy, workshop, giochi e molto altro
- Supervisionare lo svolgimento degli eventi coordinando i reparti coinvolti
- Esperienza nell’organizzazione eventi o nel settore dell’intrattenimento
- Attitudine proattiva e orientamento al problem solving
- Italiano e inglese fluenti (altre lingue sono un plus!)
- Familiarità con social media e strumenti digitali
- Spirito di squadra, passione per l’ospitalità e approccio “out of the box”. Un ambiente giovane, stimolante e internazionale
- Tanti eventi a cui partecipare, anche quando non sei in turno
- RAL 4° livello (€23.7k) CCNL Turismo Alberghi
- Contratto iniziale di 6 mesi, full-time o part-time (siamo aperti a entrambi)

- We’re not just a place to sleep, but a community where travelers and locals connect through events, parties, music, workshops, and shared experiences. Coordinating and planning weekly events and activities at YellowSquare Milan
- Creating new, engaging, and culturally relevant experiences for international guests
- Promoting events on social media channels
- Organizing nights with bands, DJs, stand-up comedy, workshops, games, and more
- Managing artistic and financial relationships with performers and vendors
- Supervising event execution and coordinating involved departments
- Building positive relationships with guests and partners to ensure memorable experiences.

Experience in event planning or entertainment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus!)
- Confidence with social media and digital tools
- A team-player attitude, passion for hospitality, and an out-of-the-box approach. A young, dynamic, and international work environment

Salary (€23.7k) according to 4th level of the National Tourism Contract (CCNL Turismo Alberghi)
