In this role you will lead manufacturing planning across both facilities located in Monte Marenzo and Mantova to maximise capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction
You will drive improvements in OTD, Quality, Productivity and margin performance
Further you will deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives
Supporting business growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements will be part of your role
You will deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget
You will be working closely with Commercial colleagues, build strong relationships with key customer and strategic partners
Further you will lead, coach and develop a high-performing tram across both locations
This position is offered on a 12‑month fixed-term contract and includes a competitive salary range of € 82k–€ 103k
What Makes You Great
You have a degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing,
Operations Management or related discipline
You own 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience
Demonstrated responsibility for a manufacturing P&L; will round your profile
You are fluent in Italian and English
Multi-site operational leadership experience would be advantageous
You have a proven record of delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity and profitability
Experience in coatings, speciality chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries is desirable but not essential
You may have knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements
Understanding of PFAS-related regulatory developments would be of agevolazioni
