Role Description This full-time Ecommerce Specialist role is based in Crema in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home. It could be also full remote.



The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content across marketplaces and websites. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing customer behavior and sales data, and recommending actions to improve conversion rates and revenue. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure accurate product information, consistent branding, and effective online merchandising. Daily tasks also include responding to customer inquiries related to online purchases, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of Utixo’s ecommerce processes and tools.
