We are looking for an experienced Production Planner – Coffee Industry La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy, and we are looking for an experienced

Production Planner (m/f/d)

to strengthen our production team.

Our group operates modern coffee production facilities in

Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio , covering coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging .

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Planner with at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry and a solid understanding of the complexity of industrial coffee production.

Your Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production schedules
- Align production plans with sales forecasts, demand and inventory levels
- Coordinate production capacity across roasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines

- Monitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain a smooth production flow
- Coordinate closely with

Production, Procurement, Logistics and Quality teams
- Identify opportunities to improve production planning, efficiency and capacity utilization
- Support continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows

Your Profile




- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the coffee industry
- Practical experience with

coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and/or coffee packaging
- Strong understanding of industrial coffee manufacturing processes
- Experience with

ERP, MRP or production planning systems

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage and coordinate

complex, multi-line production environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments

Experience in companies such as

Illy, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet's, Caffè Vergnano or similar industrial coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage. xpdaelo
