The role of the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco) involves managing scientific information activities within the assigned area, in full compliance with company policies, current legislation, Farmindustria Guidelines and the Noble Purpose, promoting the knowledge, development, and use of Almirall products in ongoing collaboration with the cross-functional team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously update their scientific knowledge and actively participate in scientific training provided by the company
- Promote and explain the value of Almirall’s therapeutic solutions to all relevant stakeholders, communicating key scientific messages
- Ensure effective and consistent communication with the needs of healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists, planning and organizing scientific information activities in line with the Business Unit’s defined plan
- Consistently plan and ensure contacts in accordance with company guidelines
- Carry out information activities by tailoring communication to the needs and potential of centers within the assigned area
- Record information related to daily activities in dedicated systems
- Promptly report any adverse reactions in accordance with internal procedures and established timelines
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the assigned area, selecting potential centers according to the company’s strategic guidelines, defining and executing the operational plan
- Identify key relationships and mutual influences to optimize activities
- Translate indicated guidelines into appropriate programs/plans, establishing and identifying operational priorities
- Actively contribute to the implementation of Action Plans for the relevant territory in collaboration with the cross-functional team
REQUIERED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in scientific disciplines (according to Law 219/06)
- Preferred Previous experience in the management of a biological drug and/or a drug in class H

- Data analysis skills with a scientific background
- Effective communication, problem-solving and conflict management, ability to handle managerial issues and complex situation
- Excellent organizational skill
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Result-oriented
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and work well in a matrix environment, balance priorities, and manage multiple activities through good planning and organization
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
