Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on-site in Milan in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications that support Marzotto Sim’s trading, advisory, and research activities. Responsibilities include building and integrating front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring secure, scalable,



and reliable systems aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The engineer will collaborate with product, operations, and market teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions, optimize performance, and improve user experience. Day-to-day tasks involve writing clean, testable code, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery. The role also involves staying current with relevant technologies and proposing improvements to the firm’s technology stack and development processes.
