Our European team is expanding and we are looking for a new Supply Planning Lead! Our colleagues in the Supply Planning team of the European Plan & Deliver CoE are eager to team up with you to make sure everyone can enjoy our products every single day.

You’ll ensure the accuracy of orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met. Take ownership of S/4-related workflows and system processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues, improving data flows, and working closely with IT and key users to fix bugs and enhance planning effectiveness.

Management of internal and external suppliers: monitoring production and delivery plans, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring supply continuity.



Alignment with Marketing to ensure project timelines and communication of obsolescence related to product phase-outs. Support local Supply Planning teams on issues related to service levels

- Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to ensure planning accuracy
- Support Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams regarding service level and stock coverage
- Prepare and share a weekly supply report highlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues.

Our Perfect

Candidate ~5 years experience in the role in FMCG industry; ~ Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. ~ Strong knowledge of SAP HANA (especially MM and PP modules) ~ Data analysis skills, advanced Excel (Power Query, nested functions)
