Skillscaper SAS, a French technology company, is looking for an Italian-qualified Avvocato for a narrowly defined procedural assignment before the Tribunale Ordinario di Roma.

Skillscaper will prepare the case materials and the submissions to be filed.

The lawyer is not being hired to draft the case, rewrite our submissions, develop the substantive arguments, or prepare the evidence.

The lawyer’s role is expected to be limited to:
accepting the formal representation of Skillscaper SAS where required;
filing Skillscaper-prepared submissions and exhibits through PCT;
receiving court communications and forwarding them to Skillscaper;
informing Skillscaper of court deadlines, orders and hearing dates;
sending simple procedural or administrative communications when required.

If a mandatory procedural issue prevents a filing from being made, the lawyer should simply inform Skillscaper before carrying out any additional work.





Skillscaper will prepare any substantive submission or communication to be filed or sent on its behalf.

Routine emails, forwarding court communications and simple administrative communications are not considered additional PCT filings.

Any work beyond the tasks described above must be requested and agreed with Skillscaper in writing before it is carried out.

We are looking for fixed fees for clearly defined procedural actions, not open-ended hourly billing.

Requirements:
Currently admitted to practise as an Avvocato in Italy.
Able to formally represent Skillscaper SAS before the Tribunale Ordinario di Roma.
Able to file civil court documents through PCT.
Comfortable filing submissions and exhibits prepared by the client.
Able to communicate professionally in English or French.
