We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our Operations Test Engineering team and contribute to the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing test solutions for high-power AC/DC and DC/DC conversion systems used in EV charging products. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer at the beginning of their career who is passionate about power electronics, test automation, and manufacturing technologies. You will work closely with experienced engineers across power electronics, firmware, manufacturing, quality, compliance, and supplier teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the full manufacturing test lifecycle, from prototype development to mass production.

Your Responsibilities





Support the development and implementation of automated manufacturing test methods for AC/DC and DC/DC converter stages, ensuring reliable verification of electrical performance, safety, isolation, efficiency, thermal behavior, protection functions, calibration data, and communication interfaces.
Contribute to the definition of manufacturing test coverage for power modules and converter systems, ensuring compliance with product, quality, safety, and production requirements.
Participate in the full manufacturing-test lifecycle, supporting activities from early prototypes and engineering builds through pilot production, process qualification, ramp-up, mass-production release, production monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Help translate converter specifications, electrical architectures, manufacturing requirements, safety constraints, and engineering changes into effective and production-ready test strategies.
