If you want real responsibility, real support, and real projects (not “graduate busywork”), keep reading. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering a major data centre project. Designing and drafting civil,



structural and architectural elements using CAD/Revit/BIM tools Participating in structural calculations and basic engineering analysis (don’t panic — you’ll get help) Reviewing designs for compliance with Eurocodes and project requirements Supporting planning, scheduling and tracking of deliverables Sitting in stakeholder and contractor meetings and following up on actions Helping uphold safety, environmental and quality standards — the non‑negotiables on every Kirby project In other words, you’ll be learning the ropes properly, not watching from the sidelines.
