About the Role
We are looking for a

Quality Control Coordinator

to join DEAL’s QHSE team. The role is responsible for coordinating Quality Control activities across projects and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the

ISO 9001 Quality Management System .

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate quality inspections, testing and controls for products, equipment, components and project activities;
Ensure compliance with





technical specifications, drawings, standards and contractual requirements ;
Coordinate inspections with

suppliers, subcontractors, clients and third parties ;
Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection records and quality dossiers;
Manage

non-conformities, corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives ;
Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance;
Maintain and improve the

ISO 9001 Quality Management System ;
Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external/certification audits;
Monitor

Quality KPIs

and prepare reports and dashboards for Management;
Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements
Experience in

Quality Control, Quality Assurance or Quality Management , preferably in an industrial, engineering, construction or project environment;
Good knowledge of

ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems ;
