and teardown End-user training Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital and electronic technology for industrial printers Two or more years of experience in field engineering positions on digital machines and electronic devices Knowledge of inkjet printing technology in water-based ink Knowledge of RIP software and color management Knowledge of textile digital machine processes Good communication skills and customer-focused Fluent in Italian and English Self-motivating personality that can independently manage a large service territory (includes effective management of EFI assets i.e., parts, tools, company information) Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Windows, and Linux operating systems
