Junior Creative Content & Communication Support Venice, Italy | Tempo pieno | On Site Gondolina is a fast-growing Italian luxury footwear brand born in Venice and rooted in Venetian craftsmanship. We are building an internationally recognised Made in Italy brand, bringing the elegance, creativity and identity of Venice to customers around the world. This is not a traditional corporate environment. We move quickly, take ownership and turn ideas into real projects. We are looking for a Junior Creative Content & Communication Support to help us develop and execute Gondolina’s creative communication across social media, digital platforms, events, partnerships and brand projects.

You will work closely with the founders and the marketing team, supporting the creation of content that strengthens Gondolina’s image and helps communicate the brand internationally. We are looking for someone who brings ideas, takes initiative, pays attention to every detail and is willing to support the team wherever needed. Support the creation of content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters and other digital channels.

Help develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, events and collaborations.

Create and adapt written and visual content aligned with Gondolina’s brand identity.

Support photo and video shoots, from preparation to execution.

Assist with content calendars, scheduling and publishing.

Write captions, presentations, newsletters and communication materials in English.

Help cover events, partnerships and brand experiences in real time.

Research trends, formats, creators and new communication opportunities.

Support influencer, PR and partnership activities.





Organise creative files, assets, presentations and brand materials.

are creative, curious and constantly looking for new ideas; stay calm under pressure and can manage multiple priorities; understand aesthetics, visual communication and brand consistency; enjoy collaborating across different teams; Initial experience, internships or studies in communication, marketing, content creation, fashion, design, photography or related fields.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Italian is a significant advantage.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and digital content formats.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.

Basic photo and video editing skills are highly valued.

Strong visual sensitivity and attention to brand identity.

Genuine interest in fashion, luxury, Made in Italy and international communication. A portfolio, personal project, social media account or examples of previous creative work will be considered a strong advantage.
