Global Project Business Quality Leader (m/f/d)
You will build and lead a global quality model for Hager's Project Business, ensuring that the entire solution-from design to installation-performs as intended in the customer environment. You will drive quality as a strategic advantage, influencing R&D;, operations, and partners across regions. Expect to lead escalation handling, risk management and preventive actions that improve project performance, customer trust and profitability. This role combines governance, cross-functional leadership and hands-on quality improvement at scale.
- Define and implement the Global Project Business Quality Model across the full project lifecycle
- Strengthen quality at the solution and application level, integrating hardware, software, engineering choices and customer requirements
- Identify risks early and drive preventive actions across the lifecycle
- Lead handling of major customer complaints, field issues and escalations with fast containment and robust RCA/CPAs
- Improve installation, commissioning and field performance quality standards




- Convert customer and field feedback into structural improvements across products, processes and partner networks
- Make quality performance visible through dashboards, indicators and project reviews
- Collaborate across R&D;, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Service and Group Quality
- Establish partner qualification, onboarding, audits and performance improvement approaches
- Define governance, processes and KPIs for quality across regions and functions
- Lead and develop the Project Business quality organization and community
- Influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization
- Strengthen collaboration with panel builders, system integrators, contractors and installers
- University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field (stated requirement)
- Significant experience in quality, engineering or operations leadership in internati
