We have strong resilience governance — what we're missing is deep service rebuild and recovery expertise, and that's what this role delivers.We need a recovery-fluent facilitator, not a backup-tool specialist or pure engineer. You'll run sessions service-group by service-group with owners and SMEs, and turn what you extract into clear, testable rebuild plans. You don't need to know every technology - you need to know enough to ask the right questions and push back on the answers.What you'll doWrite recovery/rebuild plans for assigned service groups against an agreed roadmapRun workshops with service owners and backup platform owners across each service groupCapture RTO/RPO, backup frequency, incrementals, logs,
