PERMANENT CONTRACT – Based in Ponte San Pietro (Bergamo, Italy) – Salary: 35000€ to 45000€ depending on experience and qualifications

For over 30 years, the company has been designing and manufacturing high-tech industrial equipment for the optical sector. With a strong international presence, the group operates worldwide through its subsidiaries across North America, Europe, Asia and South America.

As part of the development of our Customer Service team , we are looking for a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/F to join our headquarters in Italy. Reporting to the Technical Manager , your main responsibilities will include:

Installing and commissioning our machines at customer sites across Europe.
Training users on how to operate the equipment
Diagnosing breakdowns and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.




Providing on-site and remote technical support
Participating in machine testing and validation activities in collaboration with the production teams
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and strong customer-service orientation

Fluent French and professional-level English or Italian
~5 to 7 years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance
~ Proven experience working with CNC machines
~ Good mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawings
~ Proficiency in measurement instruments and standard office software
~ A permanent contract based in Ponte San Pietro, Italy
