Overview

As Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist, you help ensure the quality of supplier-delivered products across the value chain. You work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Procurement to reduce defects and costs of quality while expanding the supplier base. You will lead root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and conduct supplier development and audits. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and global supplier networks in a dynamic energy technology environment.

Responsabilità

- Manage Supplier NCRs
- Lead RCA with suppliers and define robust corrective actions
- Implement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers
- Qualify suppliers according to company rules




- Carry out periodic supplier audits to verify compliance
- Verify on-the-job inspections per Quality Control Plans
- Support SDR management with deviations
- Support cross-functional and cross-regional supplier quality initiatives
- Manage patterns and provide technical clarifications between suppliers and engineering

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Technical knowledge: welding (SMAW-FCAW) and NDT methods (VT, PT, MT, RX, UT)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proficient with PC and office software
- EU Work Permit
