As the Manager, Test Engineering in Milan, you will lead a high-performing team of Test Development engineers and Product Validation Engineers. You will sit at the heart of our product release cycle, owning the test strategy, execution,



and silicon validation from initial design stages to high-volume production release. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Engineering, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and manufacturability of our high-voltage semiconductor portfolio.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented Test Development and Product Engineers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative execution.
Test Strategy & Execution: Define, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies (wafer probe and final packaged test) for complex high-voltage analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs).
ATE Hardware & Software Development: Oversee the design and development of high-performance Automated Test Equipment (ATE) load boards, probe cards, and test programs (primarily utilizing industry-standard platfo
