Flexjet has a unique opportunity for experienced Cabin Servers who are passionate about providing elevated, tailored, authentic service experiences onboard privately managed aircraft within the Directional Aviation portfolio. This role is ideal for a Cabin Server based in Milan who is seeking an exclusive assignment with a focus on a privately managed aircraft to ensure seamless operation of the Cabin, Client Experience, and Service Related Areas of a privately managed aircraft.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure a high level of service and comfort for all passengers.
Provide passengers with a memorable experience with the highest level of responsiveness.
Prepare and present catering orders and beverage orders as requested.
Prepare passengers and aircraft for landing, following procedures.
Greet passengers boarding aircraft with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
Clean and organize the cabin as needed.
Maintain the appropriate amount of aircraft stock and supplies.
Keep the Captain informed of any passenger plans or needs that may affect the conduct of the flight.
Attend to routine passengers needs as requested.
Provide bespoke menu proposals in line with passengers or broken exacting instructions.
Maintain a pristine environment onboard the aircraft, conducting regular snagging audits of the cabin along with service-related areas and advise of necessary works.
Manage logistics related to Client onboard experiences and service requests and purchase and or procure items in line with specific instruction.
Manage Client specific stock and accoutrement,
Balance passengers advocacy at all times while adhering to core company values and behaviours.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Extensive experience in business/private aviation; Previous customer service experience, preferable in high end service environment; or equivalent combination of education and expe
