We are looking for two indepedent cooks to join our team. Who are we? We are Vietnamees-Chinees Restaurant Mekong, where we prepare authentic Asian dishes and delicious food. Our address is: Kerkplein 11, 8325 BN Vollenhove WELCOME! What will you do?

- Independently prepare dishes according to our menu.
- Monitor hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Work together with a passionate team and support colleagues during busy periods.
- Manage and check stock and orders.
- Supervise and guide kitchen assistants.
- Prepare ingredients independently.
- Apply basic cooking techniques.
- Provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, dishes and cooking methods.
- Be responsible for stock and ordering management.
- Provide professional guidance and technical supervision to kitchen assistants. What do we offer?
- A temporary 2-year employment contract with a 38-hour working week.

- You have a good understanding of hygiene regulations and food safety.
- MBO Level 3 or equivalent.
