You will join a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture focused on growth, well‑being, and belonging.What you will be doingAs part of the Commercial Service team, you will deliver field service and technical solutions that maximize water system reliability and strengthen customer relationships.Key responsibilities:Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and commission water treatment systems and accessories in the field and workshopIdentify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and system failures, providing technical advice at system and application levelPerform hydraulic tests, energy checks, and risk assessments before service activitiesPrepare repair quotes, write service/FAS reports, and share customer leads with the sales teamWork with Service Coordinators on job planning and support installations with the sales departmentOperate and maintain workshop equipment, including drill presses, lathes, and millsWhat makes you a great fitYou are a hands‑on problem solver with strong technical skills, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced service environment.We imagine that you have:Associate's degree in engineering or technical education (electrician,



mechanic), or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of relevant service experience3-5 years of experience in the water treatment industry and knowledge of industrial processing plantsAbility to read technical drawings and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system failuresStrong communication skills with customers and other stakeholdersIt is a plus if you also have:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical fieldExperience leading minor service activities or projectsKnowledge of pump service best practices and systemsWhy you will love working hereWe care!
