You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. More specifically you will:Coordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems), ensuring alignment with timelines and standardsTrack and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventionsAct as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progressFollow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective executionSupport vendor coordination,



monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIsEnsure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing systemCollaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activitiesParticipate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are metContribute to continuous improvement of facility management processesWHO YOU ARE3–4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environmentsUniversity Degree (Architecture/ Engineering)Good analytical skills, with familiarity in cost trackingExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Knowledge of CADProactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsWHAT WE OFFERThe position provides for a base salary between: 35,000-40,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
