Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration
- Contribute to the HR administration activities of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, contract amendments, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepare, maintain, and archive employee documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Support payroll administration by managing attendance records, expense reports, employee requests, and preparing payroll inputs for the external payroll provider.
- Liaise with payroll providers and labor consultants to ensure accurate and compliant HR administration.
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.
Onboarding & HR Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees, providing support on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and HR-related topics.
- Support benefits administration and employee communications.
- Prepare HR reports and standard HR documentation.
Learning & Development
- Support training activities, including logistics, vendor coordination, communications, and participant administration.
- Assist in the implementation of the annual Learning & Development plan.
- Maintain training records and monitor learning data and KPIs.
HR Projects & Employee Experience
- Support HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and business performance.
- Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and activities related to the Gender Equality Certification.
- Support internal communication initiatives and HR process improvement, including HR systems optimization and digitalization.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Humanities, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administration role within a structured international or multinational environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries is considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR administration, payroll processes, and Italian labor law.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS); experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Digital mindset with interest in AI tools and HR technologies.
- Fluent Italian and good written and spoken English.
