HSPI S.p.A., an IT consulting company active for over 20 years and part of the TXT Group, provides its clients with services in Business Consulting, IT Governance, and Digital Innovation.
HSPI S.p.A. is currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join one of its most important clients in the Public Administration sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data analysis and data visualization. They will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, supporting business decision-making processes.
The resource will work closely with client stakeholders to analyze information needs and translate them into effective, intuitive, and data-driven reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize data integration pipelines
- Design semantic models and develop reports in Power BI
- Define and monitor KPIs to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Support the monitoring of IT processes (change, service request, incident) through dedicated dashboards and structured procedures
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of technical and management documentation
Education:
Degree in scientific and/or economic disciplines
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI (report development, DAX, and semantic modeling)
- Data analysis skills and understanding of key relational data modeling concepts
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Power Query)
- Basic knowledge of ITSM processes and project management, including main reference frameworks
