We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our Finance team and support the commercial organization in driving profitable growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in FMCG environments who is eager to develop their career in business partnering. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, you will play a key role in monitoring commercial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and helping achieve business objectives.

Your Role

As Junior Business Controller, you will act as a financial business partner to the Commercial team, providing insights and analysis to support revenue growth, profitability and effective decision-making.

You will work closely with Sales and Finance stakeholders, ensuring accurate performance monitoring and supporting planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the commercial budget, including pricing, promotions, discounts and marketing investments.
- Perform revenue and margin variance analysis by business unit, product, customer and market, comparing actual performance to budget and prior year results.
- Support monthly closing activities, financial reporting,



forecasting cycles and annual budget preparation.
- Develop and evaluate business cases for new product launches and commercial initiatives.
- Partner with the Sales team on pricing analysis, promotional evaluations and ad hoc business assessments.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
- Act as a key interface between the Commercial and Finance teams, ensuring alignment and transparency on business performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, analysis processes and performance monitoring.

What We're Looking For

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Around 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, preferably within the FMCG sector and with exposure to commercial or sales controlling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English.
