About the role

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Quality EUANZ & Suppliers you’ll act as the organization's microbiological safety subject matter expert. The role is responsible for minimizing microbiological risks across Vestacy manufacturing sites, and contract manufacturers, by leading risk assessments, supporting the investigation and resolution of microbiological non-conformities,



establishing and harmonizing microbiological standards, strengthening hygienic design practices. The role also provides critical support to innovation, continuous improvement, and quality assurance initiatives and closely cooperates with R&D; team in the development of microbiologically safe formulations, testing frequency defining.

Your responsibilities

- Supporting decisions regarding microbiological related non-conformities
- Supporting verification and analyzis of microbiological related non-conformities
- Cooperation with other departments in Continuous Improvement projects, ensuring the implementation of appropriate quality standards in ongoing projects.
- Cooperation with local and national control units in order to obtain or submit appropriate documentation, explanations, etc.
- Supporting cooperation with markets in matters of consumer complaints and notifications related with microbiological non-conformities by analyzing them, determining corrective actions and sending feedback. Supporting factories
- Supporting Site Quality teams in Organisation in processes related to the microbiological safety of the finished product.
- Providing expertise and microbiological risk assessment for local and regional NPD, EPD projects, implementation processes and changes.
- Approves SWH certificates for factories in the Organisation
- Establishing and harmonizing global microbiological standards and supporting evaluation and strengthening hygienic desingn at the factories
- Training, guideing and advising local teams on microbiological standards and hygienic design

The experience we're looking for

- Degree in Chemistry, Biology,



Engineering, or another relevant science.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management
- Backround in production hygiene is preferred
- ISO internal auditor certificate
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards
- Knowledge of electronic business systems
- Knowledge of statistical software

US pay transparency

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 45.000€ - 62.000€ annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
