pFor a growing deep-tech client company in the PET depolymerization sector, we are seeking a strongSenior Process Engineer /strong for the plant of strongAlbese con Cassano (Como) /strong. /ppbr / /ppThe role involves responsibility for process scalability and completing the Process Design Package (PDP) in collaboration with RD and Operations teams. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilies /strong /pulliOversee experimental design and identify potential operational issues, ensuring the validation of instrumentation /liliGenerate and analyze significant amounts of data to monitor plant performance, identify bottlenecks and critical parameters, and propose tests to find solutions and remedies /liliDevelop scalable solutions of interest to major industry licensors, primarily EPC contractors and other industrial entities in the sector /liliWork closely with internal teams to ensure process improvements are communicated and implemented across the organization /liliIdentify and develop improvement solutions focused on energy savings, material and cost optimization, increased process reliability,
