The role supports workplace services, facilities coordination, suppliers, employee experience, and office processes, working closely with internal teams and external providers.
Workplace Operations
Support day-to-day workplace and office operations across assigned locations.
Coordinate workplace requests, office supplies, mail, logistics, reception, catering, and employee amenities.




Identify and suggest improvements to workplace processes and employee experience.
Support office projects, events, moves, and operational changes.
Facilities & Services
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and other workplace services.
Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers.
Help ensure offices are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
Support purchasing, invoice processing, and supplier administration.
Employee Experience
Support a positive and welcoming workplace experience.
Experience in workplace, facilities, office administration, or a similar role.
Good problem-solving and customer-service skills.
