For our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for an IT Applications Manager to join the Team at our HQ in Milan.
The IT Applications Manager will focus on Finance & Controlling Area, with a specific emphasis on integration with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Translate business requirements into functional IT system requirements
Evaluate, develop, and implement IT processes to optimize efficiencies, ensuring processes are up-to-date, and recommending and implementing improvements where necessary
Interact with technology vendors to assess and identify products and solutions for the relevant area of expertise
Plan and execute projects on time, within budget, and in line with available resources
Contribute to the planning, budgeting, control, and reporting process related to the development/management of information systems for the relevant area of expertise
Manage the definition and management process of SLAs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service for the relevant area of expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Business Administration (or related field)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, SAP MM and SAP Ariba
Experience in IT Service Management, end-to-end implementations of SAP (including analysis, design, and configuration), and related integrations with external systems
Functional competence in various financial areas, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, supplier onboarding and qualification
Knowledge of SAP Concur Expenses and Travel will be considered a plus
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
