For a primary Professional Services Company, we are looking for a Group Communications Manager

You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and you will be working on brand architecture, thought-leadership, digital channels and lead generation by building omni-channel campaigns across European countries, various business lines and brands.

The scope of the role is international and will see you working alongside our senior leadership across 10+ offices, being based in Milan as the group Chief Marketing Officer and team.

Key responsibilities:

- Communications strategy design and implementation
- Brand architecture
- Digital strategy
- PR & External communications (Website, LinkedIn, Google Business, Events)
- Internal communications (Intranet, Viva Engage platform, WhatsApp)
- Lead generation & Thought-leadership omni-channel campaigns
- Events management (for clients and internal)




- Project and Budget management

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Communications or Marketing
- 5-10 years minimum working experience, ideally in B2B, consultancy firms or PR agencies – experience in both structured matrix and entrepreneurial firms a plus
- Great comms and writing skills
- Solid social media and Digital marketing expertise
- Project management experience
- Advanced proficiency in English and Italian is essential. French basic knowledge is mandatory. xlwpduy

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on professional with a strong organizational awareness and ability to work with various stakeholders.

Contract: Full-time

Location: Milan

Fixed salary: 50 – 70k based on length of experience, language and other skills
