For a growing deep-tech client company in the PET depolymerization sector, we are seeking a Senior Pilot Plant Process Engineer for the plant of Albese con Cassano (Como).Sebbene l'esperienza qualificato e le qualifiche siano fondamentali per questo ruolo, si assicuri di verificare di possedere le soft skill preferenziali, se richieste, prima di candidarsi.The role involves responsibility for process scalability and completing the Process Design Package (PDP) for the main plant in collaboration with R&D and Operations teams.ResponsibiliesDesign and execution of the experimental campaigns, performing data acquisition and analysis, interpreting of experimental data, assessing system performance and identify operational bottleneck and critical parametersTechnical ownership of the pilot plant assets, ensuring safe, continuous, and reliable fuctioning of the facilityManaging the procurement of the spare parts, equipments,



and materials for day-to-day operationsProvide data to the Process Engineering group engaged in developing and delivering the licensor's PDPActive participation to project meetings and safety risks assessment carrying the practical experience built on pilot plantRequirementsMaster degree in Chemical Engineering5-8 years of prior experience as a process engineer in for chemical production companies and/or in engineering/licensing companiesProven experience in the engineering and management of chemical plantsKnowledge of key international engineering xysqume standardsExperience in the design of complex chemical processes (specifically: reactor design, separation processes, heat exchangers, and solids/slurry handling)What we offerPermanent employment contractRAL: 65.000€ - 70.000€Opportunity to work on cutting-edge chemical recycling technologyDynamic and collaborative work environmentCareer growth opportunities in a fast-growing company
