YOUR ROLE
The Technical Marketing Manager leads the Technical Marketing team and is responsible for the market positioning, value proposition,
demand creation and go-to-market execution of STMicroelectronics’ GaN discrete power portfolio.
The role works closely with Product / Commercial Marketing, Application Engineering, Regional Sales & Marketing, and FAEs to transform technical capabilities into customer value and business growth.
Depending on portfolio priorities, the scope also includes RF and Rad Hard products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Technical Marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and strong cross-functional alignment.
Contribute to product positioning, value proposition, and NPI pricing strategy in collaboration with Product/Commercial Marketing, translating technical features into clear customer and business benefits while ensuring consistency with market expectations, competitive context, and business objectives.
Contribute to demand creation and the BU business plan by working with regional organization in identifying m
