ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pWe’re looking for an: /p pbAftersales Technical Assistant (Level 2) /b /p pbMISSION /b /p pAs part of Stellantis' Technical Assistance team, the bTechnical Assistance Specialist /b provides remote bsupport to dealers in diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues /b on customer vehicles. /p pWorking closely with dealers, Country Technical Delegates, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers, the specialist plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction, service quality, and repair efficiency across the network. /p pThis position directly contributes to reducing workshop return rates, repair times, and overall customer costs. /p pbMAIN ACTIVITIES: /b /p ul liProvide expert bremote support to dealers /b on complex vehicle technical cases. /li liHandle and resolve btechnical assistance tickets /b, ensuring timely and accurate responses. /li liUndertake field missions based on issue complexity, supporting dealers directly when required. /li liAssist Country Technical Delegates during assignments when Lead Assisters are unavailable. /li liMonitor open technical assistance cases globally (within assigned vehicle perimeter) to identify recurring issues and initiate discussions with the Assister Leader and Vehicle/Component Coordinators.



/li liEnsure service continuity by managing tickets or activities for absent colleagues when needed. /li /ul pbTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: /b /p ul liTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering /li lib3-5 years of experience /b in a related technical field. /li liKnowledge of the bENGLISH language (at least B1/B2 level) - Required /b /li liSolid practical and theoretical knowledge of automotive technology. /li liStrong analytical and reporting abilities. /li liExperience using bdiagnostic tools /b (e.g., Diagbox, WiTech) and interpreting wiring diagrams. /li liStrong customer focus and cost awareness. /li liExcellent organizational and coordination skills within cross-functional teams. /li liEffective communicator — both written and verbal — with strong interpersonal skills. /li liSelf-motivated and able to manage time and priorities independently. /li /ul pbOFFER /b /p ul libSalary range: from €34.000 to €38.000 /b, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL — CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pLocation: Rivalta di Torino /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
