Job Description
As Sales Manager Italy, you join our branch in Italy to build, structure, and scale our Italian sales department. This is a brand new position added to our organizational chart to support our hypergrowth and expand our client portfolio globally through strategic cross-selling.
Your primary focus and responsibility is people management: leading, structuring, and training a team of 6 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), with plans to grow the team to 8 people by 2027.
