Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client recruitment journey, managing the process from initial consultation through placement coordination, onboarding, training, and completion.





This role combines client communication, consultative discovery, sales support, relationship management, and operational documentation. You will be responsible for understanding client hiring needs, explaining the Virtual Latinos recruitment process, setting expectations, confirming role alignment, and ensuring all required information is accurately documented before transitioning opportunities to the Agent/Recruiter team.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with consultative thinking skills, excellent organization, and the ability to guide clients through the hiring process while delivering a professional, trustworthy, and solution-oriented experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake, Discovery & Consultation
Conduct intake consultation meetings with prospective clients.
Understand client business models, hiring goals, operational needs, and role expectations.
