? About the role
We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused IT Specialist to join our Regional Core Technology Operations team in Zambia.
This role sits at the heart of our African technology operations,
providing critical support across multiple sites and office locations throughout the region.
As an IT Specialist, you will act as a trusted first point of contact for operational IT support while helping ensure technology services remain reliable, secure, and effective across our African operations. You'll work closely with business users, technical teams, service providers, and vendors to support infrastructure, manage incidents and requests, coordinate technology lifecycle activities, and drive continuous improvement.
