We at Sigma Software are looking for a Junior/Middle Customer Success & Implementation Support Specialist to join our growing international team remotely from Latin America.

In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams while supporting the deployment and day-to-day operation of AI-powered customer engagement solutions. You will help Customers maximize the value of modern technology platforms through efficient coordination, operational support, and responsive communication.

CUSTOMER
Our client is a US-based company specializing in AI-driven customer acquisition and sales optimization solutions for telecommunications and consumer service providers. The company helps enterprises improve sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through machine learning, recommendation engines,



and advanced analytics.

PROJECT
The project focuses on supporting the implementation, configuration, and operational maintenance of AI-powered customer engagement solutions used by telecommunications and consumer service providers. The role acts as a key coordination point between Customer Success, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments, effective communication, and high-quality operational support.

The position combines customer communication, implementation coordination, operational support, and configuration management in a fast-paced international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a primary point of contact for Customer operational and configuration requests
Support implementations and deployments from initiation through production launch
