We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst (4‑6 years experience) to work remotely with a LATAM‑based squad. Reporting to the Product Owner, the analyst will translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories , maintain the product backlog , and ensure that each sprint delivers high‑quality, user‑centric functionality. This role is pivotal in bridging business, design , and engineering to drive continuous product improvement .
? Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze user needs, converting them into detailed requirements, use cases, and process flows. Write, narrate, and clarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and visualizations for the squad backlog.
Ensure each sprint has a well‑defined “Definition of Done” and that stories meet the “Definition of Ready” before entering a sprint. Communicate product vision and functional specifications to developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
Draft and execute UAT scripts; actively participate in User Acceptance Testing as required.



Document finalized business processes to serve as reference material for development and IT support teams.
Apply business‑process‑improvement methods to optimize existing workflows. Partner with the Product Owner to keep a deep understanding of business processes and align squad priorities with broader organizational goals.
Track key metrics, build progress reports, and present insights to leadership.
Manage dependencies across squads, collaborating closely with peer PMs and the Product Manager.} Ensure compliance requirements are met, maintaining up‑to‑date SDLC documentation and system configurations.

Job Requirements
4–6 years of professional experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to gather requirements, translate them into a product vision, and maintain a well‑groomed backlog.
