As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for:

Generating strategic leads and identifying potential customers;
Tracking activities in the CRM (e.g. Possessing in-depth product knowledge and being able to conduct demos and objection handling;
Updating monthly and quarterly reports;
Managing the sales cycle;
Evaluating market opportunities, trends and drivers at national and international level;
Participating in company events,



industry fairs and business trips on national and international territories.

Are willing to travel and participate in on-site events;
Native Italian speaker with C1/native-level English. Have a proactive attitude and are able to recognise new business opportunities;
Are well-organised and meticulous when working with data.

Proven 5+ years of experience in similar roles in companies, such as tourism/hospitality management providers, hotel and non-hotel accommodations;
Knowledge and/or experience in tourism, travel or hospitality industry;
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
Track record of achieving sales KPIs;
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce);
Excellent project management skills;
