Supervise daily inventory control, cycle counting, and bin quality auditing operations, ensuring complete physical and digital stock synchronization across the fulfillment center.
The Scope: You will directly lead Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) shift Team Leaders and stock specialists, managing cycle count schedules, resolving system-versus-slot discrepancies, and enforcing compliance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement ( CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione ).

Inventory Accuracy Execution:



Manage shift operations to achieve and maintain top-tier physical and virtual stock accuracy metrics across high-density storage zones via structured, continuous cycle counts.
Discrepancy & Root Cause Resolution: Rapidly investigate and resolve system stock blocks, missing items, or bin mismatches on the floor, eliminating inventory adjustments and preventing order short-picks.
Floor Leadership & Safety: Oversee daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining high team morale and strict adherence to high-bay aisle and MHE safety protocols ( D.Storage Hygiene & Density Auditing: Establish routine floor audits to check bin hygiene, ensuring items are stowed correctly by operators to prevent physical product damage and optimize warehouse space utilization.
