As our EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing utility-scale solar power projects throughout the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phase. You will take ownership of projects during the final stages of development and lead them through to Commercial Operation Date (COD). The role encompasses all key project management activities, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and close-out, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the required quality standards. You will work closely with and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, HSE, Legal, Finance, Administration, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), to ensure successful project delivery.



This position reports to the Project Manager Lead in Italy. The work location can be based in either Milan or Verona. You can look forward to the following tasks:
Apply project management best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery
Support and take ownership of utility-scale PV projects during the final stages of development. Assess project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall feasibility before projects enter the EPC phase
Manage internal approval processes throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close out EPC projects in accordance with company standards and project objectives
Take full responsibility for project scope, budget, schedule, and quality performance throughout the EPC phase
