Extracurricular Internship in Innovation Strategy

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotivesector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internshipin adynamicandinternational context based in ourStrategy Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- Collecting and structuring business challenges, ideas, and use cases, while helping define owners, priorities, open questions, and follow-up actions
- Supporting technology, market,



and partner scouting to identify relevant innovation opportunities and enrich strategic discussions
- Supporting the innovation portfolio and Proof of Concept initiatives by facilitating coordination and decision making
- Maintaining the Innovation Hub’s working tools and knowledge base, and coordinating with internal Business Areas, Volkswagen Group Innovation, Group brands, startups, and selected external partners
- Preparing concise presentations, workshop materials, KPI updates, reports, and decision-ready outputs for management, Innovation Steering Committees, and cross-functional stakeholders

In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- Fresh graduation in a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Innovation Management or an equivalent field (please note that no thesis project is foreseen for this opportunity)
- Fluent Italian and English, German is considered a plus
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to structu
