As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support the Europe & Africa Managing Director, focusing on optimizing his time by skilfully prioritizing correspondence, streamlining daily operations, and providing creative problem-solving.




Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support to the Managing Director in managing daily activities, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, preparing documents, and handling communications. Manage scheduling by coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring effective organization and follow-up. Learn and identify business priorities to help executive leadership manage and maximize their time. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, logistics, and visas for the Managing Director.
Maintain and update the annual calendar of key business activities, milestones, and deliverables. Anticipate changes and adjust plans when priorities shift. Support document preparation and facilitate approval processes, including signatures and authorizations requiring Managing Director involvement. Handle highly sensitive information with th
