The technology bridges the gap between quantum hardware and real-world applications - enabling developers and enterprises to design, optimise, and deploy quantum algorithms without needing deep hardware expertise.
They're looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Director to own and build our commercial presence in Italy. This is a high-ownership, ground-floor seat - you'll work across enterprise, academic, and public sector accounts, building strategic partnerships with system integrators, cloud providers, and research institutions while driving meaningful revenue in one of Europe's most important markets.

Own revenue - drive new business and upsell opportunities to meet and exceed annual targets across Italy




Define GTM strategy - build and execute a local go-to-market plan aligned to global objectives, prioritising enterprise, academic, and public sector segments
Build partnerships - establish and manage strategic relationships with system integrators, cloud providers, research institutions, and government agencies
Manage pipeline - run a structured sales process from prospecting through to close using CRM and data-driven methodology
Act as a trusted advisor - engage customers and prospects at the executive level, demonstrating real-world quantum value
Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to feed regional insight back into the business
Stay ahead of the market - track quantum computing developments across EMEA and contribute to strategic planning and roadmap direction

15+ years of enterprise software sales, business development, or commercial leadership - ideally in deep tech or emerging technology
