Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to our Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales representatives, vendors, and the Order Management team to ensure processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with repetitive processes and data. Your support will allow our sales team to focus on what they do best: selling and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Support customers, Sales, Vendors, and Order Management with pre-sales processes, including paperwork, purchase orders, and required customer information.
Create and validate sales quotes as requested by Sales Representatives.
Create, track, and process customer Account Change Requests with partners.
Reconcile sales orders and information between NetSuite and Salesforce.




Communicate with vendors to help resolve customer needs and requests.
Contact customers by phone and email to answer questions and obtain missing information.
Create, maintain, and update leads, contacts, accounts, and sales records.
Perform data reconciliation, record merging, deal registration, seat reports, and internal sales and operations data updates.
Expedite orders by coordinating with internal teams.
Compile and distribute monthly sales reports.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records.
Support the Sales department with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Document repeatable processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Cross-train in other operational areas to help improve overall team efficiency.
