? Zoho Solutions Architect | LATAM | 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Solutions Architect to join a long-term, fully remote project.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on expertise across the Zoho ecosystem who can design scalable solutions, translate business requirements into technical architectures, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Previous experience in the Education or EdTech industry is a strong advantage.

? What You’ll Do
Design and architect scalable solutions across the Zoho ecosystem.
Lead the architecture, configuration, customization, and optimization of Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications.
Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Design workflows, automation rules, custom modules, functions, reports, dashboards, and data models.
Architect integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and integration tools.
Develop and oversee custom solutions using Zoho Deluge.
Define best practices for scalability, security,



maintainability, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, workflow, and data-related issues.
Collaborate directly with English-speaking business and technical stakeholders.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications.
Provide technical guidance to developers and administrators involved in Zoho implementations.

? Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience as a Zoho Solutions Architect, Zoho Architect, or similar senior-level Zoho role.
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
Experience designing end-to-end Zoho solutions and architecture, not only administering or configuring the platform.
Strong experience with Zoho Deluge scripting and custom functions.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and system integrations.
