About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive / Business Development Manager to drive growth for a life sciences testing provider.

This is a high-touch, consultative sales position requiring a professional who can navigate complex technical and regulatory landscapes. You will identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships with QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D; leaders within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and personal care sectors.

The ideal candidate possesses strong scientific literacy and the technical curiosity required to connect clients' specialized needs with laboratory capabilities.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial qualification and technical scoping through proposal development and closing, while maintaining rigorous data integrity within HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage key decision-makers,



including QA/QC Managers, Regulatory Affairs professionals, and Product Development teams.
Lead a consultative sales process by understanding client technical requirements and scoping appropriate testing solutions.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure proposed services align with laboratory capabilities and regulatory standards.
Own the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, scoping, quote generation, MSA negotiation, and closing.
Maintain accurate records within HubSpot Sales Hub to support forecasting and pipeline management.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring client communications reflect a commitment to integrity and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience specifically within technical or complex services.
Proven track record selling to technical stakeholders, including R&D;, Regulatory, or Procurement, in industries such as life sciences, CRO/CDMO, or
